A nutritionist by the name of Jane Clark has pointed out that though it deprives the body of nutrients to a nearly perilous extent, the cleanse likely won't do any sort of permanent damage if only engaged in for brief creative time. Really? Would it, then, be much dissimilar from hitting yourself in the head for a hammer for only a brief period of time?
